Rhizoctonia Root Rot & Sore Shin; Web Blight or Aerial Blight; Damping Off

Rhizoctonia Root Rot & Sore Shin; Web Blight or Aerial Blight; Damping Off: Diseases are caused by Rhizoctonia solani. Crown and root rot symptoms include girdling and decay of tissue at or below the soil level. Sudden wilt or blighting can occur when weather turns hot and wet. Web blight consists of fungal webbing in inner canopies that attach leaves and stems together. Web blight results in necrosis.  It is more common during hot, wet weather, especially in dense plantings.  Infected seeds and seedlings can fail to emerge (pre–emergent damping off) or collapse soon after germination (post-emergent damping off). Rhizoctonia diseases affect a wide range of crops, including cannabis.
