Rust: Caused by Uredo kriegeriana, this disease begins as small, yellow to orange spots on upper leaf surfaces, expanding and turning brown with a yellow halo. Erupting pustules on the undersides of leaves release yellow to rust-colored urediniospores. No other hosts have been identified.
